Would you be disappointed if we made no Transfers for the upcoming season?

Me personally, I wouldn't be bothered if we kept the same squad... Sure we need this and we need that but if we started the new season with the same squad - It wouldn't bother me.

I would like to see some faces go however such as Bridge, RSC

If the rumours about Dzeko leaving are true then we will certainly be making at least one purchase. Unless Mancini is thinking of bringing Adebayor back and I can't see that.
I think we'll bring two or three in. I'm more concerned with getting shut of the shite that you've already mentioned, Bridge and RSC.

I would be a bit disappointed because I don't think we have the depth to challenge on all fronts still. We won the league by the narrowest of margin while having no Champions League or FA Cup final rounds to concern us and little in the way of injury problems either. There will come a day when our squad is pushed to the limit and I don't think we have enough right now to deal with that. What if Lescott was injured and Kompany badly in need of a rest? Kolo and Micah at the back in an Champions League semi final, days before an all important Premier League crunch tie? Who do we have to step in for Yaya? Who do we have to add pace and ingenuity on the wings? We have some promising youth players who we might be able to promote, which I would love, but I'm not sure any of them are ready yet except possibly Guidetti. We don't need lots of signings but if we stand still now I think we could pay for it next season.

Agree with you. Be disappointed if we spent for the sake of it and brought in someone no better than what we have.

There's quite a few players you see who you think would do a job at City, but are they available. players like Bale, Robben, Thiago Silva, Javi Martinez, Alaba. Probably none of these players will move because their own clubs value them so much.

Billy Shears said it all in the big thread

The problem with human nature is that you always want more, no matter how fortunate you are.

We do need more pace and width and a bit more cover at the back but that is all and even if we don't get that I still think we'll be the team to beat next season, and how, as a City fan can you not be attached to this group of players? So yes, I think I could handle it, although I reckon the Transfer Forum might collapse under its own weight if we don't.

Saves me typing it! Exactly this.

I personally dont think we need any players but its always nice to see a new players in the blue shirt

They're got to make signings, bob will insist. At least some youngsters, and as you say there are.numerous registrations that need to be sold. I can see the next spend figure being very low though, and what if it is... We need at least as many zabba / clichy honest pros as we do argentinian super stars. Strength in depth, and shrewd investments, are the way now.
