We're staying in the Navigli district which is South West of the City, plenty of bars and restaurants I've been led to believe?

Would you recommend staying in the centre or somewhere like Navigli? I take it the Metro takes you most places? I've booked an apartment nr the stadium for one night then have 2 nights to book for the rest of my stay. I like the look of Navigli but also see the advantage of being central.

As long as you're near a metro stop, it doesn't really matter where you stay.

Yeah its easy to get around and relatively cheap. You can get a 48 hour unlimited pass for all Tram, Metro & buses for under 9 Euro's...
