again read the question, he has won the championshin an all the countries and been relegated, he only has to have been relegated in one country to qualify

the trick part of the question is that he has experienced relegation. Not at all of his clubs. He's just experienced relegation at least once.

Could be someone who played in Italy, they had that scandle and several of the big clubs got relegated.
