The question says "retired from football recently" I'm thinking of an older person who has just retired from management.

if you read the question properly he has won 5 leagues and experienced relegation. Which means he only had to have been relegated once.
I'm thinking one of those Italian teams that went down for bunging games. Juve or Milan.
