Czechoslovakia and Czech Republic are two different countries, that would make 5 leagues. Not sure about the relegation though.

dont think Lazio won the title when he was there either.

if you read the question properly he has won 5 leagues and experienced relegation. Which means he only had to have been relegated once.

I'm thinking one of those Italian teams that went down for bunging games. Juve or Milan.

So he has played in 5 different countries...for 6 different teams, 3 in Czech/Czech Rep, (Ceske Budejovice, Viktoria Zizkov and Sparta Prague) plus manure, Benfica and Lazio.
manure did win the title while he was there, although Benfica didn't win anything for about 6 years, 3 of them were while he was at the club. Same goes for his time at Lazio.
His first team Ceske Budejovice were relegated in 91 or 92 I think.
Plus his goal at Euro 96 against Vitor Baia and Portugal was so good, the type of shot is now called the Poborsky- lob!

Finally it appears that he retired in the summer of 2007.

I've read the question properly; have you?

"In each league I won a championship medal AND experienced relegation"

Notice the "AND" and "in each league"; pretty important parts. I don't see how you could read it any other way to be honest (assuming English is your first language of course; apologies if not).

Anyway, even if you're right and the question has just been very poorly worded, I still don't think there's any player who fits the bill out there.
