I'm sure the sub launched the missile fine, once launched the (US built) missile failed to fire properly. The sub has had a 7 month refit, so it will be undergoing sea trials, including a test firing, which is normal procedure I would imagine.So much for a deterrent look at our nuclear subs that can’t fire properly
