Tripe.

My mam used to eat it with onions and vinegar. If I’m remembering right, there was white tripe and grey tripe. I think one was supposed to be fancier than the other.
My dad used to have it done in a pot with milk and onions smelt absolutely rank,someone mentioned about liver and kidneys I still eat liver with bacon ( lambs liver) lovely and used to eat lambs kidneys as well but went off them a number of years back ..
 
Remember my old grandmother giving me dripping when I was a kid.
Can't believe I written that without gagging
Haha, I still remember my Dad having dripping on his toast, he’d scrape the dripping from the roasting tin. What a thought.
