Trophy Parade | Sunday 26th May, 19:30

Other than distance/transport issues, there's no real excuse not to show up later. We've had an incredible run, smashed it out of the park, and watched the best football team in the world. 3 trophies won this season, and the squad, regardless of yesterday, deserve our support.
 
As someone said a few pages back weve just done the impossible, 4 in a row will never be beaten or even equalled in most if not all of our lifetimes, now let that sink in.

On the back of a treble winning season last year, yesterdays FA Cup is a mere trinket to have added to our "massive" treasure chest.

So time to step up blues and show the boys our appreciation for all they’ve achieved and make your way into town today.

I can't go today as I'm at a wedding, but don't let yesterday's result and performance put you off going.

Had we not got to the cup final, you'd all be looking forward to today, to celebrate what's been a tough but great season, where we've become the first club to win 4 league titles on the bounce.

Hopefully the rain will have cleared up by then, and the added bonus is you've probably got tomorrow off work!

These players deserve a good show of appreciation. Looking back at this season, the squad needs re freshing. This might be the last parade for a couple of years. Who knows.

Yesterday was a huge anti climax as we simply didn't play well.
Yesterday was made worse and more annoying by the opposition and the fact we were expected to win(although I would imagine we would have felt even worse if we'd played like that in last years final)
There was no way we were going to match the fantastic achievements of last season so soon, if indeed we do ever repeat it.
4 titles in a row is a fantastic achievement, and as you say, you don't know when the next parade will be.
Lots of people will not be able to attend for various valid reasons . However, because people can't be arsed or we shouldn't be having one because we were shit yesterday (I'm sure I read that) does smack of the entitled attitude some of our fans unfortunately seem to have imo!
As you say, the squad does need refreshing and indeed it may be the last chance for City fans to give some if the players who've contributed hugely to recent success a bit of a send off.
 
If any good can cime of that debacle yesterday, let it be that celebratory nights out are after the season is fully completed. I imagine Pep is furious inside. He thought he could treat them as adults, but they let him down by behaving like teenage school boys with severe F.O.M.O. A meal, a shandy and calling it night at 12.30 would have sufficed, with the Final still to play.
Instead - 5.30am and shitfaced!
How much of City online content is players telling us how professional they are and senior pros telling us how they are there to set an example. Well one of them should have said - thanks, but we'll do our celebrating after the double.
That said, the 4 is something amazing and deserves our appreciation. If the dippers can get all giddy for a failed, underperforming manager, then we sure as hell should for this unparalleled success.
 
Not due to pass Manchester until Monday afternoon as we're staying with my lad down south until then.

I was considering going proper full blue and leaving this lunchtime so I could give some love to the lads before carrying on home but Mrs Moon probably rightly just said.... you'll be getting no love from me for a long time if you drag me away from my grandson today.

So the parade is -2 I'm afraid.

4 in a row .some blues are starting to sound like the rags and dippers we don’t have to divine right to win any of these trophies it’s through our hard work and genius of Pep
