Walk around 8-10 miles a day now with the dog, but all that travelling sat on a coach just knackers me out!

I have to admit I've been a couch potato since I took early retirement eight years ago that's why I feel it if I do much these days. I need to do more.

Nice to remember what we are after yesterday's disappointment and what a great season we've had. World champions and history makers, champions of England again. This parade has been a good pick me up and a great idea in spite of some saying it wasn't.
