why do france keep getting hit ,and say not us or any other country involved in the "war on terror"

High immigrant population, easy to cross borders, just a couple of the reasons I can think of.

Never been more glad that we have that body of water between us and the rest of Europe.

Just been chatting to a lad I know, Serbian by birth, now a French national, living in France, he says the ones that done it are French nationals, seems to think the police have let too many areas become no-go zones allowing the growth of disaffected young men.
