Fucking shit opener that, would be nice to start with a home game occasionally. I wonder if it’s fixed.
On the flip side, if we can start with an away win at Chelsea it sets us up nicely. Tough, tough game that.

I have just looked at Manchester City's last 10 games running to the end of the season.
Another easy set of 10 fixtures where they will win 10 in a a row. Lets just crown Manchester City's 5 trophy now and move on the next season. Next.

I've not looked but i bet Arsenal, rags or Scousers have got a run of 6 games like that!!

Difficult for us to do 5 in a row a lot will depend on how Arsenal strengthen and us too.

CL 1st Qualifying round draw at 13:00
I am predicting the 4 times champions will get Arsenal at the Emirates, thay just don't like us.

Shit being away last game, no potential home title lift unless we win it before then.
Tricky Start. We always give more rest than other clubs and therefore are slow starters so you'd always want a more forgiving first half a dozen fixtures to ease us in.
Noticeable we play a lot of the better sides at home first, much better to have the reverse fixture as the home game.
Don't think we can have a slow start next season, we need to set a hood standard for once.

And another thing, why the fuck don’t the champions open the season? Why do the PL always pick the rag game no matter who the opposition is? Opening fixture a mid table borefest rag v Fulham, how shit is that.

Especially as we were champions in most of those seasons!!!Which means of course that City haven't opened a campaign with a home game in the last 8 seasons. I can't imagine any other team has done that.
And an away game to end the season too.
