TV Commentry

Never thought i'd say this, but thank God for Gary Chuckle! The best pundit by a million miles.

Craig Burley - a fellow Scot - you are a disgrace. There were TWO teams on the field last night, not just Liverpool.
Liverpool were not the better team in the first half.
Skrtel's hand ball was a penalty
Skyrtel should have had a red card( although it didn't look like he made contact with Yaya).

Skyrtel must be immune to the referees cards. He flattened Eden and there was no free kick. He assaulted Vinnie in the box a number of times - no penalties.

Adam concedes at least 4 free kicks in a row - no card. Barry nudges Aggar and gets a red. Wrong wrong wrong

Was Skyrtel's challenge on Yaya a penalty ? Don't think so but it couldn't have happened to a bigger twat than Skyrtel

Just out of interest what channel were you watching? I thought it was Alan Smith co commentating on sky - he was so desperate for Gerrard & Bellamy to come on he might as well of shagged them

City go 2-0 up, Alan Smith: "That's just what Liverpool need to get them going"

Unbelievable.
To be fair, i think people like Smith say things like that to try and offer consolation to other set of fans who are watching the game. I find it hard to believe Smith has an agenda given he admits to being a boyhood City fan.

I heard that when one of kids was playing on fifa,Alan Smith a City fan eh ?? Ah well

I had Romanian commentary last night and have no issues with their presenters.

Watching without English commentary means i'm not annoyed by anything they say or i don't get distracted by the silly things they focus on.

I did have sky on before kick off and at half time and was immpressed with that twat Chuckle.

The Skrtel handball was never a pen, I'd be livid if one of them was given against us. Agree with most of the rest though, few of their players very lucky not to get booked

Totally agree that it was never a pen but it's said many times that things even out over a season.

The Chinaman was offside at Sunderland, we get a pen that wasn't against the dippers.

Think you've misunderstood. The pen that was given was for Skrtel clipping Yaya's ankles and I agreed with that one, bit soft but there was contact

To be honest, Liverpool were the better team in the first half. They had plenty of possession and if it wasn't for Hart they would've been one up through Downing.

If it wasn't for Downing they wouldn't have had that chance.

If you heared this on FIFA 12, he also says the same about Villa?!?! WTF!!

The assassin had his arm up and his bicep clearly stopped the ball and prevented Kun getting past. If you have your arm up you get punished (usually - Lescott) Then the shirt pulling on Komps - pen and yellow - no debate about it. Fortunately Yaya redressed this injustice from the resulting corner

You should have been watching here in the US with the wankfest from fooking Steve McManaman - biased scouse twat! Him and Ian "I love anything in red" Fooking Darke really spoil what is excellent coverage here in the US...

The only objective part was the final analysis which was the most un-biased section.... <a class="postlink" href="http://espn.go.com/sports/soccer/news/_/id/7421062/manchester-city-beats-liverpool-3-0-open-3-point-english-lead" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://espn.go.com/sports/soccer/news/_ ... glish-lead</a>

Thank goodness for Fox (and i never thought i would hear myself say that!)

Roll on Sunday morning!!
