I knew these were on, arthur, but I never really saw them, 'cos my childhood had come an' gone before we had a telly! One of those that if yer breathed out too robustly would begin to spin round like a fruit machine. Mind, a good thump on the side would often cure it. Sometimes yer had to watch a decent picture with thin diagonal white lines! Oh, and several hundred shades of grey, white 'n black.
