I'm recording vikings at the moment on history, going to build the planner up to 5 eps then watch them in 1 sitting, heard mixed reviews so far but looking forward to it, doing the same with penny dreadful

I actually tried episode two and billy piper with a abysmal Irish accent, shagging Dorian grey whilst coughing blood in his face was rather dour !
I didn't like it.

Truth be known, I'm still mustering up the energy to watch 'Vikings' as I was unconvinced by the first 15 mins of the show(again it was due to missing my fix of 'Spartacus'. Man, I miss that show... :*(( ), so that clearly affected my opinion.
Then again, I feel for the whole 'Breaking Bad' thing where I thought it was going to get better!
The small peaks and big troughs in that show were severe!
