Absolutely fantastic mate. Problem is though that they canvelled it because it cost so much to produce.
Still worth watching though, glad I did. Ian McShane plays one of the best roles ever made.

Get yourself onto, "Justified". Brilliant.

Just watched the 5th episode of Happy Valley.

It really is top class, very realistic and very tense,Sarah Lancashire is fantastic in the lead.

Penny dreadful,watched the 2nd earlier,getting better!

Think 3 series was made, will start on it tomorrow night, will google Justified and have a look if it's my kind of thing.

Been stuck in the house all weekend so thought I'd check out, Happy Valley, which I've heard a few good comments about.

Watched the first four episodes and really looking forward to the last two now.

I have a bit of a snobby aversion to anything with ex soap actors in it. But have to say, I'm pretty impressed with Raquel now Curly is out of the picture.

I've watched the first four episodes on a plane like you after good reviews and just tried to watch #5 but can't get iplayer abroad. I'm with you about soap actors but she does play a good part. Shows that the writing on Coronation Street is terrible.

At least that's my first morning home taken care of, the concluding two shows. My son downloaded The first episode of Breaking Bad so I'll give that a go by the pool. Laters.

I've started watching Suits. I'm really enjoying it which surprised me as it isn't really my thing. then again neither was Entourage and I was addicted to that.

Suits is really good. It's cheesy and formulated and I know I should hate it, but I can't help watching it and enjoying it.

Ever since I stated 'June' as my cartoon character to 'do', the series she came from has been on my mind. So, with that, I decided to see if I could obtain the original series of animes, for my collection.

Not only did I find the original, I found a new reboot and live film version of the original show(for which I am still tracking down English subtitles!)!!

As this section is about 'series', I watched the 12 ep reboot anime called "Gatchaman: Crowds", from 2013.

With being, somewhat, taken aback by the first few moments of the first episode, I was about to declare it a steaming pile of sh... When I decided to let it play out.... It is fooking amazing!! Whilst not quite avant gardé, it makes you wonder about some of the themes it plays with in view of 'heroes'.

Finally, whilst I love the originals, dare I say these guys... are better!!!

Never thought that would ever be true!!

If you're into your anime, give it a whirl!!
