TV Series

Remember watching one in the late 70’s, just didn’t like sci-fi stuff

You must of gone to the cinema to watch the first film because Star Wars was out in 77 and films back then didn't get to the normal tv for years not even 79!

Just checked..

The first UK terrestrial TV showing of the 1977 Star Wars movie (later subtitled Episode IV: A New Hope) was on ITV on October 24, 1982, at 7:15 PM. This broadcast drew an estimated audience of over 16.8 million viewers.

Started watching House with Mrs. Always knew of it's existence. It it is hilariously funny and easy watching. Only 4-5 episodes in but I would summarise it as a combination of:

- The Simpsons
- Casualty
- X Files
for some reason, YouTube has been throwing these on my timeline and I had been considering giving it a go but it has so many seasons, kinda puts me off a bit as well.

Just finished Silo—absolutely gripping from start to finish. Great world-building and tension throughout. If you liked The Expanse or Snowpiercer, you’ll probably be into it. Also slowly working my way through The Bear—super intense but surprisingly deep. Modern family on disney plus - funny, so great way to relax after a long day.

We've been picking our way through this and are now on Series 8. It turns quite formulaic, though we've so far in now we're not going to let it go.

Certainly good for "second screening"

Just watched the first two episodes of “Poker Face”

Shit, won’t be watching number three.
