Great backdrop, good story, heavy on BLM & religious dialogue of the times, but Ethan Hawke acts his socks off.

An all round entertaining bit of mush.

I’ve just watched episode 4 of Unforgotten and a very enjoyable watch it is!

I agree, I think it's excellent. The way they start out with seemingly unconnected characters and events and then the whole thing starts to weave together. It's great story-telling, great screenplay and great acting.

I agree about the storyline being very similar to previous, however I thought it was a cracking series. Excellent acting, good characters, and personally I thought the ending was incredibly moving.

Unless something is/was going on behind the scenes that I’m unaware of (eg. Nicola Walker saying she’d had enough or something), I was surprised by the ending. Good little series and one I thought ITV would have wanted to extend. Clearly not happening now though!

Just finished The Outsider after seeing some recommendations in here and the Top 100 thread. Not normally my kind of thing but it was decent and had some great performances, a really strong cast and with adaptation writing from Stephen King’s original novel by the brilliant Richard Price and Dennis Lehane. But boy was it slow. 10 episodes that could easily have been boiled down to six.

Feeling Faith has been very and she’s got great legs as well.
