Still haven't seen it so can't comment, but a few people have mentioned it's a different type of warfare and the way it was with crews just dropping like flies makes it hard to get to know the characters.Watched the 5th episode tonight, will i watch the 6th? Yes, will i watch it again? Doubtful. Was hoping for Band of Brothers or Pacific levels, but it’s nowhere near that unfortunately in my opinion.
Pluto on netflix is pretty good (3 episodes in). Astro Boy story arc.I don't pick up many anime, these days, as it all seems a bit samey.
However, those that like well put together anime will like this.
