TV Series

I've not seen either of the 2, not even half an episode, the only thing I know about Sopranos is the big fella James is in it, as for the Wire, I know absolutely nothing of it.

I've nothing on the go at the moment, waiting for Narcos S3 to start, so which of the 2 would you recommend while I wait, Wire or Sopranos. I believe they are both multi season productions, so a fair bit of investment required to see them through. My tastes are varied, I enjoyed Homeland, The Killing, The Americans, Narcos, El Chapo, Peaky Blinders to name a few.

Cheers in advance.
Get some Ray Donovan in your life

Ray donovans back but I am a series behimd so a bit of a binge over the weekend.

Just binged the tv adaptation of From Dusk till Dawn, as a fan of the film was alright if you take it for what it is, a load of hokum.

Watched the first 2 episodes of Midnight Texas , not sure myself.

Line Of Fire has a season 4, GTFI, i was just starting to weep after season 3 ending. I feel like i just found 50 quid i forgot about in some jeans back pocket, proper chuffed!

Hey can 'chuffed' go in the 'words no longer said thread' it meets criteria right?

Well when you've finished watching that you should give Line of Duty a go, it's even better:)

I agree though, brilliant series, initially I struggled to take Steve seriously, it was like watching a young kid being catapulted into adult world, but once I'd overcome that it was fine.

Still no sign of Cardboard Gangsters mate?

For those that are backing Sopranos you need to watch Gomorrah, a new series is due out soon so catch up and get involved, it's quality!

Only disssss

A 'very good' in season 3 and it could actually surpass the sopranos for me.... flawless soundtrack and authenticity thus far and storytelling at its finest..

Those who have watched it should try romanzo criminale.... just as good and based on a true story, only 2 series unfortunately!

Zin, have you watched "Il Capo dei Capi" it's an old six part series but I've heard good things about it and it's certainly on my "to do" list?

@TCIB can you do the honours bud? ;-)
