TV Series

Struggling for a TV series just now, just finished watching Lost In Space the new version andit looks like they have stopped making it so no series 3. Most other Sci-Fi series are polished and manicured to death or have the same plot as the next one. Does anyone know of a series worth sticking with that has a few seasons to get my teeth into?

I know it's subjective but no lah de dah stuff.

If it’s sci-fi you’re after have you tried The Expanse or Altered Carbon? The German series Dark is highly rated too, on Netflix. I really enjoyed Fringe from a few years back as well.

What have you seen?

It would help to know that as to what to suggest.

Homecoming is pretty quick to get through, pretty good, and different enough from what you mention you have been watching. Give it time, it comes together. Not sci-fi as such, but som sci in it.

Westworld (S1 only, would stop after that).

Does it have to be that type of tv?

I liked Izombie, Forever, some series about American politics where plants were getting into peoples brains, forgot what it was about. The only gritty drama I have enjoyed where realism was used was The Wire and The Sopranos.

I do prefer fantasy type stuff though bud.

Have you ever watched Bones ?
