I don't recall watching it as a kid but got into it when it ran again around 15 years ago.

I didn't watch it as I was too young, but I enjoyed it when they remade it as Allo, Allo.

Watched it tonight.
Not quite Love/Hate. They’re all too respectable looking and might I say, don’t sound scumbag Dublin enough. But having said that, it’s very engaging already. A good cast and the plot is true to life and moving swiftly into something very akin to real life.

Kin is brill gets better with each episode

Believe me. I grew up and still live very close to where a lot of this stuff really unfolded. I know it’s fictional but quite close to the bone.
Ill reserve judgment, but at the moment think Love/Hate was grittier.

Myself and the missus enjoyed it and will follow though. Quite gripping.

This looks great. Thank you for the heads up as i would never have added this to my collection otherwise.

Binge watched it over a couple of nights mate, wasn't sure it would be my thing, but it's really really good and highly recommended, kind of like a "Running man/Prisoner" hybrid, not sure but maybe a second series will follow.

Ps, I watched it with the dubbed English and found it better personally.

Fact is some will hate it and think it's shite. Others will think it's brilliant.

Not sure what the procedure would actually be in this scenario, but I highly doubt it's the one they chose to go with, still enjoying it for what it is though.

Yeah, someone at work told me to watch Vigil (and I lasted 5 mins with Line of Duty so this would presumably be a cookie cut series).
Plot holes galore, but then again you hear some bizarre stuff going on in the armed forces in the news occasionally so what do I know.

I'm only watching to be polite (and she's lovely)....and I'm ill this weekend so just resting up catching up on box sets.

North Water looks good mind.
Will start that after I've finished We are who we are (iPlayer but HBO show).
Beautifully shot and with music by Dev Hynes is a nice piece of televisions....perhaps a tad tooooo slow.
