I posted this about Fear The Walking dead when I finished it all…..

Just this second finished the very last episode.
Like the main series, THE WALKING DEAD, it starts off pretty good for a few seasons then as time goes on it rapidly goes down hill.

Now, when I say FEAR THE WALKING DEAD goes down hill, that’s actually a slight understatement. I actually can’t describe just how complete dog shit this program was.

The last 4 seasons I’m in shock were even allowed to be made. It’s the worst television I have ever seen. Story, dialogue, acting, EVERYTHING - 1/10.

Infant school nativity plays have better acting.

The only slight positive is Lennie James who tries his best to lead this shit show but my god, it’s laugh out loud bad.

Tbf, I could pull apart every fictional series I've ever watched. No 'artistic licence' no program....particularly, anything to do with crime ;)

Losing "main characters" I think was a plus! If all the main characters survive, it becomes boring and predictable.....the only untouchable characters imo were Darryl and Carol ;)

The season with Negan was ok (apart from too many pointless firefighting scenes) and I liked the nastiness of his character deriving from the doom scenario. But the whole redemption arc was complete crap and they even managed to mellow down Darry'l Hillbilly character, the last thing that would happen to him in ensuing apocalypses.

Totally agree! Think you know the scene, where I belive Negan should have ended? As you say, from then on, the Negan part was ummm crap!! Think they needed to mellow Darryl, to try and make the Negan redemption line work, which ended up being 2 big mistakes.
 
Quite enjoyed Nightsleeper, but I'd class it as enjoyable nonsense. It did, however, illustrate how vulnerable our computer controlled modern world is.

Also, the solution they came up with, as the train hurtled towards the end of the line, could have been applied anywhere. They would have struggled to get six episodes if they had though. Also, I thought there were too many red herrings.

Just finished ‘Manifest’

It got a bit samey at times and they could probably easily have dropped 15-20 episodes in the middle without losing anything.

But overall really enjoyed it. And a satisfactory ending, which often isn’t the case with these sort of things.
