TV Series

Would like to point 'After the Party' which started on Wednesday and is available on the C4 player.

Set in New Zealand and wonderfully acted, I watched the first 5 on Wednesday and finished it the following day.

Outstanding and very highly recommended.
I am on ep three a lot of good drama comes from down under and kwikis

Struggling with Dune Prophecy. Feels like an expensive set wth actors in costumes.

Jackal has jumped the shark far too many times.

The listeners....again, well produced but my god the script. Gave up on that too.

Ended up really enjoying the Penguin. It's not the Sopranos but thoroughly enjoyable.

Everyone else burns was a lovely comedy and I hope there's a third season. I always wonder what life is like behind those Jehovah Witness congregations I see (and it's not a punching down type of comedy).

And Simon Bird has directed Such Brave Girls (produced by A24) which is sharply observed (and very frank) comedy.

After that, I'm kind of out of a really good series. Catching up on Seinfeld and Veep atm.
