TV Series

I also recently finished Silo, Season 2. A fantastic watch. 9.5/10.

The only reservation I have about Silo is (slight spoiler ahead, don't click if you want to keep suspense):
that it leaves the viewer hanging. Wondering what happened to the main characters. In this respect it's like Lord of the Rings, closely following Frodo and Sam, only to pivot to another plot line, leaving the reader wondering what happened.
I must admit I’ve enjoyed it,
though S2 did drag a bit. I’ll also admit after season 1 I couldn’t resist looking up the book online. I haven’t actually read it, but my cursory searching does mean I have a bit more idea of the story arc than I would otherwise.

Can't go against the books but t found Martha as the most irritating member at the moment

Watched the first episode of the short lived Going Straight follow up to Porridge on BBC4, Fletchers son was played by a very spotty youth called Nicholas Lyndhurst, I wonder what happened to him!

Prime Suspect season 3
VIP nonce rings. Dead kids. Cover ups. Care homes.
What did Lynda La Plante know back then in 1993?!

Good call! Stargate Universe with Robert Carlyle was the one I enjoyed most, but it was cancelled after the 2nd season (I think).

Left it hanging with the big lad looking out of the window, there has been talk of reviving it and carrying the plot on but I can't see it, it was such a shame really.

Yeah. Thought they were on to a winner with that one. Probably had to axe it so they could show some more reality tv shit.
