TV Series

Just on the final few episodes now. The one advantage about being a senile old twat is it’s like watching the whole thing for the first time all over again.

What I have just read, was that whilst filming the final series, the guy who plays Saul had a heart attack and was out of action for a couple of months. Surprised I’d never seen that before. Although as per the previous paragraph, maybe I had.

They reckon if he hadn’t been able to finish filming the final few episodes, they’d had meetings and decided they were just going to bin the whole series, rather than try and work round him. That would have been a shame.

Didn't know that, bloody hell that would have been a downer.

Bosch Legacy - now commercial free! (thank God!) on Amazon Prime.

For those not familiar with Bosch - Bosch is a detective in Los Angeles who's not afraid of sometimes crossing the line in pursuit of justice. But he's not an out-of-control lunatic cop - he's more nuanced than that. If you're familiar with Chicago P.D series and the character of Hank Voight - Bosch is a far more moral protagonist.

For several years now, Bosch Legacy was available on Amazon but only with commercials. Fuck that!

At some point in the past, that's changed. Bosch Legacy is now commercial free (and free of additional charges) on Amazon Prime. I'm loving it!

It's gone downhill since he left LAPD

Been enjoying Dept Q (mentioned on here already by a few) on Netflix. Don't usually watch crime shows, but quite like this. 3 episodes left and so far its getting a 7/10.

Will check it out tonight for sure. Ever since we switched over to Verizon, streaming has become so much smoother—even out here in the woods! I actually read through some of the feedback on verizon https://verizon.pissedconsumer.com/review.html before making the change, and honestly, it’s been a good decision so far. The connection is strong, no more buffering, and now we can finally enjoy a good movie night without interruptions. It’s the little things that make a big difference

Just started watching Foundation.
Been meaning to watch it for a while now but never got round to it. I'm liking the look of it and things are usually good that have Jared Harris in it.
Anyone else seen it?

Watched all 6 episodes of The Eternaut on Netflix, Argentinian with English subtitles.

It's fucking brilliant.

Proper sci-fi

Yeah I watched it. I wouldn't say it's 'fucking brilliant' but it's a tried and tested theme that's been done many times before
