Can't see that phrase without thinking about Friends!

Enjoyed the start of Taboo, wont go into detail as it seems a few have recorded it, but slow start introducing characters, then business picked up in the second half, lots of famous faces on show not just Hardy, always good to see Oona Chaplin aka Mrs Robb Stark in anything. Hopefully it keeps it up after an impressive start

Think the best things I've watched so far are

Supernatural (all seasons never gets boring..... not ever )
True blood
Vampire diaries (obviously)
The originals (obviously again)
The wire (loved Omar the best)
sopranos was good
Preacher ( very good )
Lucifer ( Tom Ellis very good in this )
Van helsing ( bit like walking dead, can't wait for season 2
Bitten ( shame this ended )
Being human USA ( absolutely loved this show)
Ray Donovan
Banshee - was pretty alright
The ranch ( as comedies go this was pretty good)

Taboo later will be epic just for tom Hardy

Probably a few more but I can't remember them
No Peaky Blinders?........ You're missing out if you haven't watched that, even Hardy gets in on the act.

I enjoyed it but I'm not sure I can deal with 1 hour per week. I'm so used to being able to immerse myself in a show for a few hours at a time now with on demand, prime and netflix.

And is why I always start a series when it season has ended.

And no Suits Bone Buffy the vampire slayer or Angel. Missing out there.
Suits lasted 5 minutes before I wanted to put my foot through my TV. Never tried peaky blinders as it's never appealed

Buffy and angel ?? I was devastated when they ended. Had the biggest crush on David boreanez and he's still very tidy in bones;)

How could I forget game of thrones. I adore that show

You are missing not just one of the greatest British shows, but one of the worlds greatest tv shows. I understand, I really do. A gangster film set in the 20s about Brummies sounds as appealing as eating chips n gravy whilst being back scuttled over a wheelie bin. I came late to it myself, purely because I didn't want to watch a show about scummy brummies. I'm old enough to remember Crossroads and that scarred me for life. In a way I'm glad I missed out, because it meant I had 2 full series to binge upon, and what a fucking binge it was. Girlbob! it is a fantastic show, and you will have the even greater pleasure of having 3 series to binge upon. Seriously Bobski, get on it. Peaky Blinders is magnificent. TV at its best. I once recommended a film to you, and when you eventually watched it you loved it. I'm talking about Odd Thomas. Peaky Blinders isn't in the same vein, and I know you love your supernatural vampire stuff, but it really is a fantastic show. Watch it Bob, I think you will love it.

Have to agree, was something that never really appealed to me on the face of it, but it's a fantastic show and well worth the effort.
