Transfer deals like this are hugely complicated and it isn't a case of simply offering enough money and then it's accepted and the deal goes through. Even if the clubs agree a fee in principle, there are many variables. You don't have to be Einstein to work that out.

Hazard is the biggest shithouse in the Prem. His disappearing act last year was nothing short of disgraceful. Shaw is a fat fucker who is yet to prove anything, certainly not his transfer fee, which is small by this seasons standards but still too much for what he's done. Pogba has everything to succeed but he is way overpriced and will never be the match winner Yaya was. He won't be as good as Gundogan either. Bailly has done nothing, and until he has he isn't worth discussing.
