It's becoming more and more clear that Pep may be gone after next season (If the 2 season ban is upheld).

Are these two gone as well? Pep was always the final piece to the plan that they developed. Okay our Chairman as well, but I dunno.

Can absolutely see this coming to fruition.

They are building a world wide brand and you think 2 years ban will piss them off?

Nope, not because of optimism. Because he will have lost trust, not just among us fans but also among the players and staff whom he briefed with assurances we'd get it overturned.
Desperately hope he's proved right obviously, as do we all!

These two are two of the biggest assets the club have and if they became available I’d wager every top club in Europe would be interested given their track record of success.

It’ll be far more likely that we’d see a culling of people immediately below Khaldoon should the ban stand.

Txiki Soriano may say get the firing but then what?
We will need to replace? Who do we go to then?
Is it easy to find DoF and CEO who work in tandem and create a structure across the club and across the group?

2 year ban = End of Catalan project IMO. Soriano, Txiki, and Pep will exit within 12/18 months.

Otherwise Soriano is going nowhere. Txiki I suspect within a couple of years of Pep.

The whole strategy from the initial sponsorship to our defence to taking it to CAS will have involved every level of our club, as far as Mansoor, not sure, but Khaldoon definately. So Soriano will not be the one responsible, definately noothing to do with Txiki.
Even if the the punishment is upheld doesn't mean we were wrong to think we were right and be confident. We just get on with it with some of the best people and build again.

If we loose the appeal, unfortunately I can see major changes at the club.

Khaldoon has without doubt been the best Chairman in our history, BUT, if we loose the CAS case can he continue?

Same with Soriano, would he fall on his sword, surely he would have to, and if he did would Txiki hang about?

Txiki and Soriano can't go to any other club in Europe that will give them the working environment they have here.

A return to Barca, with Pep under a new tenure under Juan Laporta I could see, the dream ticket to repair a very broken Barca.
