Tyson Fury

Jesus Christ, he's talking this shit to make stupid people pay eighteen quid to watch him get knocked out. It's not difficult to understand.
Is he balls. He's from the Irish traveller community. The views he's expressed aren't exactly unusual in those communities. Strict Catholic opposes abortion and has bigoted views about homosexuality and women shocker.

Come off it man, the guy's a classic villain and everybody's buying it.

We all want to watch the pikey bellend get fucked up. And he will. I'll just be streaming it like every other half decent scumbag.

Paedophilia was mentioned too? None of that child abuse nonsense in the Catholic Church...

I think it's a little from column A, a little from column B. He probably does believe the pure shite that spews from his yap, but the manner in which the whole world knows about his views is manna from Heaven for the box office.

Lots of Catholics, Muslims, Mormons Jehovas witnesses have similar views to Fury with regard to homosexuality and abortion .

David Haye's now jumped on the bandwagon...the fella that smacked a fellow boxer with a bottle in his hand then knocked a tripod over injuring his own trainer...batman suits seem tame in comparison to him.

The chat about the female scrubbing up well started with Fury instantly remarking 'she's done well aint she, won a load of medals for her country' continuing with great plaudits for the irish female boxing champ Katie Taylor...how fit Ennis looked in a dress was a touch cherry-picked.

I'm certainly not his biggest fan but i noticed nobodies mentioned how he held himself well when klitch blatantly butted him midround (thttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSvV7fskpDUwice)

At least he behaved himself over there, unlike Chisora who spat in klitch's kite and Haye wearing a tee shirt illustrating the brothers in be-headed format

So is he playing the PR game or a natural ****?
I dont see him as a **** in the slightest. He has his opinions, as long as he doesnt go around attacking gays hes fine.
if you watch some of the interviews he does with ifl tv, some are an hour long, you will realise there is no harm in him. Hes just an opinionated 27 year old, who isnt scared to speak his mind. We should applaud it really, better than having these preprogrammed pr machines like anthony joshua...

Well said - he seems ok to me.

Feels to me like the whole thing is just a stage managed cash generator for a division that is on its knees and desperate enough to go along with it, with the final denouement being the re-match and TF's demise all scripted and packaged-up ready to go. He should enjoy his brief moment in the sun.

I think that's why I'm warming to him.

He doesn't play the media sound bites, fluffy interview game. He stands out because he says what he feels not what he's told to say.

As above I've watched quite a bit of him on ifl in the build up to the fight, his views come from his religion and community.

Unless I'm wrong I've not seen him link paedophiles with being gay, he mentioned about the devil coming back if some trinity was complete, legalised homosexuality, paedophilia and something else, obviously batshit, but that's religion for you.

He believes a mans role is to provide for his wife and hers to look after the house and children, it's a pride thing in that a real man should do that and that's his belief and if his wife is comfortable with that, then who does it hurt? He also said Jessica Ennis looks good in a dress, not sure what's wrong with that.

From watching the hours of video he seems troubled with life and the meaning of it all, sometimes contradictory and probably bordering on some sort of depression.

It seems there can only be one way of thinking and anything that deviates from that is seen as criminal. People have all sorts of crazy beliefs the trick is to acknowledge them and not get sucked in, whilst allowing for differences, free speech and all that.

correct, hes said how he feels or said what he wants to,the trouble in this day and age is you cant say F/A without the racist or the gay rights brigade jumping on you

Tell you what, how hypocritical are we as a society? People hounding out Fury because they don't like his views yet expect others to adhere to theirs? If he's against homosexuality, that's his issue. Also I thought it was "Sports" personality not Personality award. Let's judge every contender with the same measuring stick used on Fury so we can cut out the double standards. I personally don't care for the award just don't like seeing blatant double standards and hypocrisy. I also feel some of what he comes away with is just to build his persona, make himself a polarizing character so people tune into his fights to either boo or cheer, not too dissimilar to how Wrestling works.

Some throwback views on here.
The man's a neanderthal throwback.
It is totally unacceptable to want to put all gays and paedos in a room and kill them.
He has said that.
It us totally unacceptable to say a woman's place is in the kitchen or on her back.
He has said that.
I really don't care about a stupid BBC show that I haven't watched in decades but I hope his next opponent really, really hurts him.

What Tyson Fury really said....

Now, if you actually listen to this, most of his beliefs on peadeophillia and homosexuality, actually stems from his religion beliefs of Christianity. We can definitely tell he was raised as a religious person, following god. Yes his comments may be deemed offensive to the LGBT rights, but then again his comments are perfectly reasonable, which is in line with his upbringing and his religious bringing.

I don't know if this video is all to it, but if that's what the petition is about, it's pretty lame to castigate a man for this.

He never said about killing gays and paedos.
