U19's Youth League (1500hrs)

Decent half. Impressed with Poveda but everyone doing ok. Just missing that final ball, but Shaktar are making it difficult to break through.
 
Brilliant first half other than we cant put the ball in the net.Some great build up and tenacity in the challenge.

Our two wingers Matondo and Poveda are wonderful talents,both a box of tricks that are old school 'bums off seats' type.Poveda has clearly developed more strength too.

Not a bad performance,Touaizi has been a bit quiet and Bernabe could do a bit more,but all playing very well indeed.

Keep this up and we must surely take the lead second half.

Lively performance by both teams who are looking to get involved in the group after 2 defeats each.
City having most of the possession but Shaktar are well drilled and brave in defence also carry a breakaway threat going forward. City were starting to impose at the end of the half as opponents defence tired but we just lacked the cutting edge.
Harwood-Bellis, Bernarbe and Poveda looked classy, Nabil seems too casual, Nmecha in danger of getting sent off.
 
Playing against a poor team and despite dominating we've created very little. Would have thought we'd swap the wingers for a bit to open the pitch up as everything is so narrow currently. The kids pace on the left is pretty wasted as he keeps having to check back. their left winger looks a real prospect
 
Shaktar have unsurprisingly,and expectedly,upped their game but we're still doing ok.We may need to alter our game plan though as it seems they have us sussed.
 
Nmecha off.

Piss poor management as it was very predictable given he was o a yellow and his game hadnt changed.
