Eddie Howe is never going to take the England u21 job.
What you want is to hire people from the successful club u19 & u23 sides. There's a bunch of managers at that level who are used to working with kids, know how u21 football works, but have no realistic path to go from academy level coaching to seniors.
If the England u21 position can be seen as a stepping stone to the England senior job or a championship/premier league management job, you'd get a bunch of the best youth coaches lining up for it.

This Romania team look like they have some excellent young talent. Im presuming Hagi is some relation and you can see it in the way he plays. Also Puskas up front looks a real handfull. As with every game I’ve seen the defending at both ends is horrible.

Totally different side in the second half, deserved in the end.Well deserved win for Germany thanks to an improved performance in the second half, after Romania failed to score a third in the 1st half and maybe put the result beyond reach.
