I posted the following in the Shuttle bus chaos thread and it's been requested by a couple of people that it have it's own topic to gain further traction.

So to any Bluemooners that were there in Istanbul it mIght be worth filling this in. We all know what UEFA are like so I personally doubt it will lead to anything but the more exposure the better.

& a direct link for those that can't see the tweet:

FSE Fans Survey

Shoulders back and have at it as Troy Hawke would say.

Thanks for this.
Blues, City won't listen to you and Uefa certainly won't so do this survey. Let the fuckers know.

Uefa have sent me a survey, I assumed they had sent it to everyone. I have filled both in and not held back on my thoughts of that shit show.
The thing is any negative feedback on the Uefa survey will be ignored. All Blues need to fill in the FSA survey, they are the only ones who will say something.

This needs a bump. If you've posted on the shuttle bus thread and NOT done the survey......
Here's your chance. Do it.

I won't ask again :-)

Survey completed and my comments

I arrived at the turnstile 3 and a half hours before match, to my absolute disbelief my ticket failed to turn the turnstile gate. I was left looking through the metal bars at my friend for approximately 15 minutes whilst staff tried to work out what to do, one supervisor said no I couldn’t enter but eventually i was given access through a side door. A very harrowing experience and I hope no other fans had this issue and were unable to watch the match, I dread to think what would have happened had this issue happened to me when it was busier and nearer to match kick off.
Travel to and from ground was an absolute disgrace, we left on shuttle bus 8 hours before match and it took almost 3 hours to get to ground. After the match there was zero organisation for the buses, it was incredibly unsafe with supporters forced to scramble through cars, buses and it was lucky there weren’t any fatalities. It took almost 2 hours to exit the car park. Our branch had its flag stolen by staff on entry to the ground yet many other larger flags were allowed into stadium, purchase of a new flag costs hundreds of pounds. UEFA organisation was terrible with regards to location of stadium and transport links to and from stadium. Water cost 3 Euros for a tiny plastic cup which was only two mouthfuls.
