No it's does not say that in anyway, to have two clubs in the same competition with the same ownership is not good for anyone.
This is the major problem with multi club ownership and personally I am totally against it.
There are huge positives in terms of cherry picking the best up and coming talent in each continent but then when it comes competitions there is a serious issue.
And with Liverpool and the rags wanting to go down the same route the problem is only going to get worse.

Yep. Don't agree with this CFG multi-club ownership thing at all. If we want to start our own teams like New York City for instance, that has its problems but is mostly fine. But moving in and buying up clubs with long histories feels wrong to me. And for every success story like Girona there's a story like Troyes AC, where they've been relegated twice in two seasons and you've got fans ironically singing "Merci City!" as they go down. He's a former player of ours now at Barca and loaned by them to Girona. Been the mainstay of their defence all season. Just pointing out that they are going to loose probably their three best players and as we cannot loan them any players and the top flight in Spain won't either it's going to be a tough year for them. This is the huge downside of multi club ownership and it could affect the fairness of a competition and that is not right.
Hate to interrupt yet another conspiracy theory but yes, Salzburg and Leipzig did have to do this, a Swiss judge went through both companies and made them seperate all shared assets and people who worked for the group/both clubs in scouting or business roles were made to just work for 1.
Because they did that, they didn't fail article 5.
IMO the biggest potential problem for CFG is sponsorship. The RB clubs had to split their sponsorships in a way that satisfied UEFA's CFCB. Shared sponsors is kind of core to the whole CFG project.
