This is the huge problem especially with the PL now involved. If we are penalised & the likes of Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool, Real, Barca & Bayern don't deem it sufficient what happens then? Utd & Liverpool could threaten to pull out of the PL. The big European teams could threaten to pull out of the CL. If these teams aren't competing then the money that the PL & UEFA make would be drastically reduced. I don't see either body willing to take that kind of hit.

The game is up. Doesn't matter what we do now.

England's three biggest football club fanbases will be mobilised against us with a barrage of claims. They will be whipped up and cajoled by key people in the media. UEFA and the Premier League have broken. We'll be left with an emasculated football club when this done. That is how politics works in this country now. Now you know what it is like to be a 2nd class citizen in this country.

The facts do not matter. This is the era of social media. We have been set up as the guilty party and they are cleaning up the game. In reality it is the other way around.

I'm not giving up of course. I've endured worse as a City fan. But I know what is coming.

I just hope that when they are finished with us I still have a football club left to support. It would not surprise me at all that our officials etc will be disqualified from football. To make this work they have to drag us through the mud and they will. The process started a decade ago, but almost overnight we were hijacked and I never saw it coming.

I'm like you all. I was there at all our darkest and greatest moments over the last 40 years but it feels like its coming to an end. How can we go on beyond this when the game will no longer feel fair, and yet I feel we are obliged to otherwise we are broken and the past meant nothing. It does. Dickov scoring that goal, it meant something.

Apologies for posting this. I've just let the nonsense flow but I am sickened with the football authorities.

Of course I am going to the game later today as I always have. And I always will. I don't know how I will feel after the game. Hopefully my determination will be doubled and my love for City will be redoubled, but this morning I am tired.

The worst thing about this all is that we will be painted as the villain when in truth Manchester city represent the best in football in so many ways but how do you deal with these preachers in the press and this social media world we live in. The witch-hunt nears its conclusion. The witch is being dragged to the water. It does not give up on life as it is dragged to the water but it feels very angry indeed.

We are owned by an Arab. Now you are all metaphorically Arab and you will feel injustice. it is about to be served.

Apologies for the heart-felt rant. I'm truly angry and don't know what to do as the wolves close in. Hopefully my team today will bite back, but I fear it's temporary.

Something has to be done boys. I don't know what it is but we can't allow this club of ours that we have loved all our lives to be treated like this. What is to be Done?

I’m starting to get worried.
People so determined to bring us down.
Asking pep if this will taint his success! That’s ammunition for the knobheads to throw at us if only to wind us up. Both making moves investigating us, pep coincidentally being given a route out of the club (juve)
I really hope our house is in order, it really feels like the pathetic bullies have grouped together to beat us up

If we are hit with a transfer ban I Hope City use the sister clubs in the City Football Group to start throwing their weight around. What’s to stop Melbourne or New York putting in bids for hypothetically Harry Kane then loaning him back to Spurs until the ban is over to stop any other team acquiring him and then City taking up his registration for free when the ban is lifted?

Play dirty with this corrupt cartel of clubs out to get City as they don’t want to do it on an even playing field.

I completely understand people’s concerns, frustration and anger over this situation but surely the simple truth is if we have broken the rules we deserve to be punished. If we haven’t, and I am sure we have a team of accountants and lawyers that is a match for anyone’s, we will be exonerated.

The important thing right now is that we can’t allow this to affect the players. We have a lot of big games ahead. We are in great positions in the remaining three competitions.

Imagine winning a double, treble or even a quadruple and then being exonerated. That would be the biggest “fuck you” of all time.
”surely the simple truth is if we have broken the rules then we deserve to be punished”?
Not when that “rule” is essentially bent and likely illegal. Imagine if employer could give you a “rule” saying that you are only allowed to spend so £500 of your wages per year on your family holiday? So you break the rule. I’m sure that you wouldn’t shrug your shoulders and say I deserve to be punished.

Cheer up mate. If the very worst comes to thr very worst my response will be to dump Sky and BT and just go to City matches. (If I went to away games, I'd dump them too).

It's a reflection of the society we live in. Anything excellent has to be destroyed and there's rentamob on social media with their burning torches and pitchforks. It's a race to the bottom. The authorities and media are in such thrall to the old guard they don't realise that they are destroying their own product and doing it in the full glare of publicity. They don't seem to realise that they are destroying their own myth that Liverpool and Manchester United are, somehow special, that if they weren't the richest clubs they would still win. It's now transparently rigged in theur favour and they'll never be able to put that particular genie bavk in its box. In short, they're diminishing their own past and future achievements.

Besides, deconstruction of the status quo is always necessary to start building somerhing better. It may be painful but a new world order starts here.

The story of how a wealthy man bought a nearly broke football club and ploughs his OWN money in to fix the club. Has the club debt free and now opporating in a self sustainable manner. Develops educational facilities in the local area. Invests in the city that club resides. Builds the best training facilities in the world. Develops an adcadamy to provide young talent, and ensure that those kids also get an education. Develops a women’s team. Sets up a world wide network of clubs. Invests in the stadium so more fans can get to games. Has a team playing beautiful football. And now on the brink on winning everything.

So from nearly broke to where we are now what a story. Unfortunately UEFA reads it as a horror story that scares its little precious children that it cares so much about.

As fans we have lived the dream after the all hard years pre 2008. It’s going to be shame if such a corrupt organisation ruin it. But no matter what CTID!

I'm just tired of this. I just want to support my club and revel in the glory of this great side. I love football and I love City but I am drained this morning because I know a long torturous road likes ahead and I am going to be dragged through every pot-hole with my club whether I like it or not.

I just wish I could carry on as normal on a match day but today feels different. I am afraid my comments are not to be trusted but it's what I feel. I can't express my thoughts but I love my club just as you all do, and though no fault of our own we are about to be drawn into the mixer and I can not help but yelp before I dive in.

Sorry in an hour or two the blackness the stupidity will pass.
