I'd like to remind City fans that City ain't dead yet! The passive attitude that seems to think that our club is some wet lettuce that can be kicked around at will by a gang of asset strippers and failed executives from ailing companies is not one I share. Our owner and the people he employs seem quite capable of taking care of themselves - and our club. Let's remember that the club seems remarkably untroubled by news of the "investigations" and insists that the club has done nothing wrong. There does seem to be a conspiracy against the club but I think this is the result of panic at what Pep has achieved at the club in only 2 and a bit years but I'm not yet convinced UEFA is still part of it. Even if it is Abu Dabi still has recourse to the law and seems in pretty good shape to ruin UEFA, the FA, the PL and FIFA on the way to a victory in the courts. Cheer up - we're still alive and kicking!

KAM is a man who walks with presidents, he won’t sit back this time.

We’re getting fucked in the arse.
We’re getting fucked in the arse.
We’re Man City we’re getting fucked in the arse.

They brought in rules to stop us. It didn’t.
They changed the rules to stop us. It didn’t.
They’re trying to stop us once again. It won’t.
I’m intrigued to how this pans out.
I see a court case if we get done for ffp again.

This is the only area of concern I believe we will receive sanctioning, possibly a two window embargo from Fifa.

When I saw Chelsea were yesterday refused a right of appeal, it got me thinking.

Other clubs have been able to bring forward their spending like Barca and Atletico.

Now, either Fifa are thinking two steps ahead and it is not really Chelsea but City they have prepared the ground for, in terms of deals being done behind the scenes.

Infantino, however, is certainly someone in our corner, so I'm not sure, unless Chelsea are being used as a stalking horse to win on further appeal, thus leaving the way clear also for City to spend £200m this summer and see out a transfer embargo?

If we risked a ban and done something dodgy on purpose with a third party ownership issue , on Bruno fucking Zuccilini then someone needs tomorrow their job lol
