If there was an embargo would the group still be able to sign players? surely the clubs that aren't within Europe would and then loan the over to City?
No, there isn't such a thing as a transfer ban, it's a registration ban, so whether buying or loaning players they can't be registered.

So the message UEFA is sending is you can be hundreds of millions and debt, suck money out of the club, and continue to spend on players and that's completely fine. But clubs that have have no debt, heavily invest in infrastructure and the surrounding areas, are in no way shape or form allowed to spend to improve their squad. In fact they're evil for doing so and will be punished. Okay...

If they find nothing (which I don't think they will), City should should countersue for defamation and lost revenue

Not sure if this nuance was discussed: does anyone think that getting the 'FFP breaching' case to CAS might undermine Infantino's position in FIFA?

He took part in the settlement agreement discussions and probably broke some of UEFA's official internal instructions in the process.

If my memory is good wasnt this Zuculini at a club which had strong financial trouble in Argentina, and we even decided not to get him even for some small 1-2m fee and then out of good gesture we did signed him and got some deals into the deal like first refusal on any other player they might sell later or something like that.

We do have some obscure signings the more obscure it is especially from South America and Africa the more chance that something fishy going on.

We did have lot of African talents signings going to Norway loans Valerange, Odd and clubs like that. Dont ask me why and what happened to those players. Ghana right to dream academy players involved in these mostly but most of them never turned up at Manchester ever.
Then we have dozens of players on books of CFG we need complete 100% clear and legal handlings of all those contracts at least regarding Man City.

But if we still managed to make some mistakes in transfers so close to home like Sancho from Watford thats a big problem.

If Barca, Atletico etc were able to handle these transfer bans we will too.
