So far this battle has been fought out in public with LFC, and Man Utd etc drip feeding morsels to the media.

I think City should be having a word with the Premier league. If UEFA have completely overstepped the mark it may have to go a very long way before we can bring them to account which means that the Premier League are going to come under a lot of pressure in the interim. How do you deal with that. Leak evidence to the press? I wouldn't want to do that but we may have to. So far it's only Man City that have been 'prosecuted'.

The main focus of Cas will be did Uefa follow their own processes and governance in investigating us. There is good evidence that they didn’t.

Firstly this thread is getting hard to follow so apologies if already asked. I keep reading 10 pages or so but missing lots. @Ric Time for a some kind of summary sticky page maybe?

So am I correct in thinking that Cas will investigate that UEFA followed procedure and their investigation is limited to that? So when do City get to put forward our 'irrefutable evidence'?

See PB's post from yesterday which links to a pdf report stating that the Etihad Airways sponsorship monies was fulfilled not by Sheikh Mansour or ADUG but by the UAE executive council. That is fundamental to the case against City. That report undermines the suggestion that ADUG paid MCFC for the Etihad sponsorship. You might say it kills it.

That is just one piece of evidence that is out in the public domain and ignored by teams of investigative reporters. I suggest that if UEFA have ignored such evidence then it's them rather than MCFC that should be worried this morning.
But how could UEFA have not seen it, Shirley they can’t be that stupid.

sorry ive had to skip over 100pages,i just cant keep up.
where the fuck are we at the moment.
also an "army of lawyers" ,doesn't sound very hard ,it would look like a bucket of eels, squirmy fuckers
We're giving Etihad the boot and signing a new shirt and stadium sponsorship deal for £400m pa with Sheikh Mansour's new investment company - FUCKUEFA.

Haha. I'd be chucked out of court for using bad language within 15 minutes.

But the Booz Allen presentation was leaked a few years ago and we already know the club (and presumably Abu Dhabi) policy on legitimising leaked or hacked documents.

The original document though is Etihad's to do with as it sees fit. Given that the core accusation against us involves Etihad I'm sure they would be prepared to provide the document for submission in a legal context.

It seems that the whole thing relies on the interpretation of who HH refers to. The OpenSkies document blows that out of the water clearly so the club is right to be confident.

Well, not taking material and valid evidence into account is about as serious a breach of legal procedure as there can be.
