I think should the AC decision be upheld, the next step for FFP will be to try and exclude certain kinds of sponsorship, basically curtailing what they will define as state sponsorship.

The part in bold is really important - isolating the CFCB from UEFA is the right thing to do, as it allows Ceferin et al some room for manoeuvre.

It certainly is - it was worded very well but to the point - suggesting that UEFA are not entirely a united organisation, which then suggests that those in a position of power influence their own agenda
