Stop worrying. The idea that David Gill is still the Vice-President of UEFA, and still on the board of Man United tells you all you need to know. If that isn't a conflict of interest - I really don't know what is! I've heard that the main guy from UEFA who's perusing this case is a billionaire banker (despite getting bailed out by the taxpaying public because his bank collapsed). That's FFP for you folks. UEFA are corrupt as fuck. The real problem is that they didn't collapse this shambles of an organisation when they had the opportunity - when so many were found to be corrupt! They sacked a couple of people at the top of the pyramid - yet the corruption still filters down. Don't you worry UEFA - I'm taking one for the team on this and will do everything in my power to see justice prevail! You disgust me!

One good point Soriano raised , which should be highlighted , is the fact no team anywhere in world football, have had their books scrutinised more than we have . Not just for FFP but also the Chinese investors and Silver lake would have gone through the accounts with a fine tooth comb , surely we haven't pulled the wool over all these corporate accountants and their high powered legal eagles only to be foiled by a pimply Portugese hacker in his bedroom and the German version of the Sunday sport..

My fear is that Uefa will pass an envelope under the table to someone high up in CAS to influence the decision. They will do anything and everything to not lose face in front of the football world. Don't rule out a sinister move by those high up in Uefa. I just feel uneasy about the whole thing being fair and unbiased.

Then we should pass a fatter envelope to a few others even higher up. Or to a few shady but sharp as tacks lawyers to stitch up anyone who's against us. Make some shit stick, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the fat corrupt twats in uefa have accepted underage prostitutes, drugs and involvement with known gangsters. I bet it wouldn't be too difficult to pay the right people to uncover some 'evidence'. The fat cünts would probably drop quite a few charges against us quite quickly to stop that becoming public.

I don't think you need to worry about this. Our stance (CFG) is that the reasoning behind FFP is a flawed concept and not fit for purpose. It does not allow any club to progress (if you can only spend revenue you earn - how on earth can a club in the bottom half of the league table progress?). It's a totally flawed philosophy. Those clubs would have to attract the big football superstars, and sell their shirts, yet without any investment risk from the club owner. These UEFA cretins are deluded, and need to take early retirement. There is no club in the bottom half of the Premier League that will be able to purchase 60 million pound players just on their revenue and shirt sales/sponsorship's alone. That's ridiculous. Certain clubs have been able to attract certain players simply 'because' somebody bought a club and invested (took a big gamble) with their own money. I don't see any problem with that - as long as the owner isn't bank-rolling the club on loans - which our guy is certainly not doing. The only problem I see is bitterness and jealousy.

I have attended quite a few Fair Work and WorkCover hearings through my work over the last few years and although obviously not on the same scale as what we are battling now it still amazes me how underprepared people are when asked to present their evidence.
Most of the time this stems from the accuser(s) convincing themselves that what they are saying is actually true because it is what they want to be true.
UEFA have passed beyond that tipping point and they truely believe what they are accusing is correct even though as each day passes it’s looking increasingly like they do not have sufficient hard evidence to back up their claims
