Regardless of whether it does or doesn't help our own case, what this shows is that UEFA are prepared to break their own fucking rules in order to try and punish clubs. I mean, how fucking bent is that? And yet the pitchfork brigade reckon it's City that are the problem!

Not really, it's about reopening the case, not FFP as it is.

The verdict in the recently heard case in Belgium against FFP itself might have an impact though. It's due by the end of April.

The Dupont case is going to be much more relevant in respect of potentially ending FFP.

The PSG one is just a pretty major own goal by UEFA.

I still suspect we will get a transfer ban of some description.

Maybe PB could enlighten us on whether that would be overturned if it happens, assuming of course the Dupont case is a success.

It does show contempt though. Such is the narrative and the legs behind ffp and all that goes with it, they are tripping over their own rules to try and protect the elite.

FFP itself has many flaws, that the people who created it can't it even follow their own remit speaks volumes to me.

How useless are Uefa - missing their own deadline by 3 months! This does increasingly feel like the major teams in the elite ‘kicking off’ and uefa jumping (badly) to their tune. Barcelona were livid with PSG - they were behind this investigation being reopened.

As far as paying out to kids parents goes, if we have done that, then we deserve taking over the coals for it because it's out of order. We may not be the only ones but that doesn't make it right.

What will be will be with that.
