I think the question is now, after all these rulings coming out of various courts and tribunals, are City in a better position or a worse position now. Probably a question for Preswich Blue. Time for a quick update please PB.

I’m not sure we can take too much from the CAS ruling on PSG without knowing the details of what UEFA is investigating in our case. The key case might be the Dupont one, which we should know the initial outcome of in the next few weeks.
