Like you I very rarely post but I have tried to keep up with this thread. Haven't we only been charged with two things? 1 of falsely inflating sponsorship revenues when making submissions as part of the Financial Fair Play (FFP) compliance process; and 2 of breaching regulations by failing to cooperate in the investigation of the case by the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB)I don't often post. I prefer reading the opinions of others than expressing my own but having read most of whats gone before and seen things on social media the sceptic in me can't really believe that Uefa would first of all punish City in the way they have without having something more than a few newspaper articles. I'm reminded of a book I once read where someone was winning a battle too easily, so easily it made him uneasy, in the end he lost the battle because the enemy had a weapon he knew nothing about. i can't help feeling this may be the case here.
Seems like uefa's winning too easily; maybe it's us who's got the secret weapon...

So I wonder where UEFA's secret weapon is? CTID.
They don't really have one if we are going by their judgement here, they said nothing to make us believe on the ruling. It was morally right for them to bring a full report on the judgement after making it public.Like you I very rarely post but I have tried to keep up with this thread. It depends how you define ‘fans’? If you include the United and Liverpool ‘supporters’ who never been anywhere Old Trafford or Anfield, I suspect City would lose.If fans were to judge the case instead of CAS - what do you think the outcome would be?
Calling all optimists, please start to post, the pessimists have taken the afternoon, please don’t let them rule through Saturday evening.
Be warned though @Big Dave Watson is active on the thread, all we need is @Benarbia to arrive and were all doomed, doomed I tell you...
