Uefa informed CAS this week they will be sending a legal representative.

Apparently they don't usually.

Of further note, Uefa executive Committee are meeting next week (Amsterdam I think)

A few outlets will undoubtedly be sending looking for any snippets or leaks.

We can only hope they get them ;)

Cerefin is seemingly on our side, but I find that hard to believe.

This is very interesting and tells a lot about how they are viewing this, or want to appear to be viewing this

Arrived in Tenerife this lunch time. Minding our own business having a bite to eat. There he is the cockney. Guess who he supports. Clocks our accents and asks if we’re nytid fans (though he said manyooo) I of course told him no.
It then went:
You’re the cheaters aren’t ewes?
Are we? What have City cheated at then?
Don’t know, just have saw it on the news , it hinkthe other week.
Can’t say I have heard anything about it (turned to my better half and casually asked) have we got Wi-fi in the apartment? God, I love my wife, she said we had, playing along brilliantly. Thanks for the heads up mate I will check it out when I get back.

Think he realised I was taking the piss. 5 minutes later he asks, why you here and not at Wembley then?
Because I decided to take my wife away for her birthday (the truth) and let’s face it I have lost count the number of times I have been to Wembley lately so we have let a mate have our tickets.

Then he says, let me guess you’re both season ticket holders (apparently this is now an insult!!!)
Yes, we both reply, me since Maine Road the wife since The Etihad. He didn’t say much then.

Couldn’t resist then, so how often do you get to see your team? Never been to Manchester mate.
At this point 4 lads on a nearby table started laughing, turned out to be Stoke fans. They knew what I was up to all along.

He didn’t say it, but, he got his coat!

Good chat with the Stoke lads, they were all still at school in 2011. To a man they all agreed that the UEFA bollocks is just that and wished us the best.

It's great when other fans ridicule the rags as well.

I was in Turkey at the start of the season and sods law I came down into the bar when the rags were playing, a few of the lads there knew i was a blue and started having a go about us. All good natured but still a pain in the arse, and then a group of 3 or 4 lads heard the banter and really started giving it the the Rags, turned out they were all Leeds fans, well and truly pissed but funny as fuck. Gave them a good 45 minutes of constant abuse, could have been Palace at home and they either lost or drew right at the end of the game.
Being a blue I forget at times just how hated the rags are by other fans and it's good to see when they stand up to them as well, had a great chat with them and they were very complimentary about us. I was really good to hear their views on FFP as well, they are all for it based on what happened with Risdale but couldn't understand how our owners could be held up as anything other than ideal owners

Well I’d like to think so it’s fuck all to do with the premier league it’s champions league rules we have supposedly broken or circumvented ..

Karen posted something the other day from the Daily Fail, no idea if it's true or not mind.

The Premier League are working with law firm Bird & Bird to gather evidence of Manchester City's accounting in an investigation run independently. Sanctions could include a fine, transfer embargo or points deduction. Stripping previous titles is extremely unlikely. [@MailSport]

The first element of the investigation focuses on whether City breached the Premier League's Short Term Cost Control measures between 2013 and 2016, a regulation that has since been abolished.

The Premier League are also responsible for operating UEFA's licencing process, and if City are found to have submitted false information in their accounts that could constitute a breach of their licence.

The final element concerns City's agreement with FC Nordsjaelland between 2016 and 2020 - enabling them to sign players from the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana for free, which could constitute a breach of third-party ownership rules. [@MailSport]

If the Premier League's investigators conclude that Manchester City have a case to answer they will either seek to come to a financial settlement with the club or set up an independent disciplinary commission.

Determined to nail us on something
