I don't often post. I prefer reading the opinions of others than expressing my own but having read most of whats gone before and seen things on social media the sceptic in me can't really believe that Uefa would first of all punish City in the way they have without having something more than a few newspaper articles. I'm reminded of a book I once read where someone was winning a battle too easily, so easily it made him uneasy, in the end he lost the battle because the enemy had a weapon he knew nothing about. i can't help feeling this may be the case here.
Both sides will have to present their evidence to court City know what UEFA have already

I used to work with a yoonited fan...used to take the piss out of me and the team before the takeover...one day I’d had enough...conversation went:
“So...have you been then”?
“Yeah...once.”
“Oh yeah...who was it against”?
“Er”
This is where it turned into the quick draw round...
“Day or night”?
“Er”
“Saturday? Sunday? Midweek”?
“Er”
“So...you’ve been once, can’t remember when, can’t remember who against...score”?
“Er”
“Well...I guess you’re a bit of a Billy then aren’t you”?
“What do you mean, a Billy”?
“A Billy Bullshitter”
“Well...you can’t gat tickets”
“Says every scummy fan who’s never been and probably doesn’t know where the Old Toilet is”

Needless to say, when I was feeling nasty, a quick “Billy” would be heard in the office...
