i think the FA got involved as well as they like to not make a big thing of possible and try to work things out in private? @Prestwich_Blue might be able to confirm that?

I don't know to be honest but I'd imagine the FA/PL were involved and that severe pressure was put on City to settle quietly. I think we can safely assume that won't be happening again.

City should get their own petition going from all of the other none top ten clubs. I guess they only went for top ten because they will financially benefit and so would vote against us.
