Your original questions were:
Do the club's hierarchy actually believe we are innocent? "The allegations are not true, they are simply not true."
Are they gonna present evidence of this? They say they already have but it has not even be considered.
This contradicts your assertion that "all we've heard to date is based on technicality's and procedure."
In this post you ask why they would give us a two year ban if it (our evidence) is irrefutable. This is not a question the club can answer for you if you don't accept the explanation that they didn't consider it. UEFA's answer is that the ban and fine were for financial wrong doing and non cooperation with their investigation. They have not made their evidence (if any) public so no one can help you any further as yet. So who do you trust?
