I know
But as much as I’d like to think sorriano is right why would they give us a two year ban if it’s irrefutable

Think it’s a game of brinkmanship
Not sure who has what cards

Because as just stated UEFA reps did not read the file ,that is, as far as I can make out, the most part of our case.

My understanding is that we failed ffp. The wages we were attempting to 'write off' only come in to play because we failed. Writing the pre 2010 contracted wages back in to the calculations because we had failed should have seen us escape punishment but would still have seen us fail ffp. Those wages were not an allowable cost but a mitigating factor. It's a bit of a pedantic point but an important one

we wouldn't have failed anything if the bullshit rules hadn't been created and manipulated specifically to fuck us and PSG, so any other subsequent point is irrelevant because the entire premise is indefensible.

Mrbelfry why have we failed when PSG who were guilty of the same thing that we were. They only got away with it because they had someone appointed to one of the UEFA boards. This smells to me like double standards by UEFA. This would be another argument that I would be putting before the CAS hearing when ever that maybe.

Yep they conveniently let the Monitoring period slip by so they got a free pass! As in we had them rush ours through a day before those monitoring period ended corrupt as fuck.

waspish do you think it is time that the club should start to dig up dirt on all those who found us guilty and release it both to the press and other media outlets. The time has now come to fight fire with fire.

No I think the club should use any information they have to the best effect through the channels they are. Not release in to a press that aren’t and have never been interested in the truth. If they were they could have published it already.

No point media won’t run with it just like the scousers hacking one paper reported it none of the big selling papers didn’t, if it was us doing the hacking they would all took it up.

The main point is that we failed FFP because Uefa decided to change their own FFP rules at last moment. They agreed we were going to be ok but that didn’t fit their agenda, the rules were brought in to hamstring City and they needed City to fail for FFP to do its job just like they do now, otherwise why bring the rule in at all.

That's correct.
