My understanding is that we failed ffp. The wages we were attempting to 'write off' only come in to play because we failed. Writing the pre 2010 contracted wages back in to the calculations because we had failed should have seen us escape punishment but would still have seen us fail ffp. Those wages were not an allowable cost but a mitigating factor. It's a bit of a pedantic point but an important one

Based upon their own time frame to complete and that PSG had the later part of thier case dismissed due to the same detail, I fail to see how UEFA can make this stick in CAS or anywhere else for that matter.

It may well be that we were somewhat creative after the fact, and that UEFA are more than a little pissed they missed it and said fuck it, stick on the ban anyway and let's ride it in the CAS.

CAS have previous for moving goal posts, I believe.

Let's see what happens.
 
If we're banned does losing CL money mean we have less to spend (Even though we have more than any other team ffs).

I'd say fuck it if we are, thats just designed to damage a club. I'd love us to say We're not playing in the CL and never want to.
