City remain committed to the appeal process is all it amounts to. We still haven't asked CAS to set aside the sentence on an interim basis, or that has not been reported at any rate which might suggest that City expect a decision before qualifying is scheduled to start.

Surely there’ll be stuff going on behind the scenes. After all, what part of this cannot be deliberated remotely.

Read the rules, understand the rules. Read the evidence, understand the context, debate conclusions, deliver verdict.

I am sure that this is what UEFA were angling for when they gave us 2. Hoping that CAS would reduce it to 1 and not a 1 reduced to nothing.

Full clearance from CAS hopefully and then court against UEFA would be my hope!!! Finish the bastards once and for all!!

It's a difficult one, I suspect a one year ban (suspended) while we go to law courts where we'll be exonerated.

UEFA will no doubt be panned at CAS for how they've conducted the 'investigation' and time frames but CAS will bottle coming down fully with us.
