Must be... but the way the report is worded is as though the FA have only just lodged an appeal with CAS
Ours is simple - UEFA are corrupt - case dismissed m'lord - next.Probably that case will be done quicker as they have already been over the details.May only be expected to last a day or two ,whereas ours is more complex so the will have to make sure that there is plenty of free time to hear/deal with it

The dream scenario, the absolute dream, would be any day now this season is cancelled. Scousers enraged even if "awarded" the title as the whole of football nows they hadn't actually won it and are in fact Shampions, then the next day , news conference, Khaldoon swaggers in and announces ban lifted, club totally exonerated and follows up with words to the effect of "our superb legal team are now working closely with us to decide next steps in regards to the background to the original decision to issue an illegitimate ban and also looking at the reporting of this matter over the last several years."
