A mate (Arsenal supporter - I know apologies blues ;)) seems to think if we do win the case then the Pl teams finishing 5th and the team finishing just outside last EL spot could appeal the decision at CAS. I told him load of rubbish. Anyone got a more informed view on this?

I have confidence in the people that run our club and I hope their confidence is well placed. I love the very fact that they are confident. My concern is whether CAS are an uncorrupted and therefore honest broker. I hope and pray that they are.
